Associate Partner (Job Code: MG06US - 2 Openings)

As the Customer's closest advisor, your primarily role will be in a sales capacity, and you will play a lead role in architecture design and/or delivery management for strategic Locus customers. The Partner will play a critical role during the initial implementation phases of BI initiatives ensuring a smooth process transition between the sales and the delivery phases. As appropriate, the Partner will perform milestone based quality assurance sessions with the client and the delivery team. Thus providing continuity and continued commitment, creating the basis for Customer success and future references.

• Drawing upon your deep industry knowledge and business background, the Partner will provide the context, content and depth to drive long term Enterprise BI (Business Intelligence) initiatives, or Planning initiatives throughout the global enterprise in order to achieve Locus long term revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Education: Degree or Equivalent Work-related Experience (12+ years).
• 5-7 years of hand-on consulting in the BI/BPM or Enterprise Reporting field.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
• Master's of Business Administration is a plus.
  

Senior DW/BI Solution Architect (Job Code: DW01014W)

• Data Warehousing full life-cycle and architecture: (Minimum 5 years)
• Integrated Data Marts, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Operational Data Store. Relational and multidimensional (ROLAP / MOLAP) schema design, Managed ETL processes, Data Management Data Governance
• Business Intelligence full life-cycle and architecture: (Minimum 3 years)
• Corporate Performance Management / Enterprise Business Intelligence. Experience in architecting business metadata layers and BI portals
• Ability to travel to the client site as needed
• BS degree (Computer Science concentration preferred) or equivalent experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills
